Schools that become operators of this web site may enter the following information into the School Moment's system:
- Names: Students, Parents, Teachers, Teacher assistants, Administrators, Subscribers, Classrooms, Student Groups
- Email addresses: Teachers, Teacher assistants, Administrators, Subscribers
- Text entries from: Teachers, Teacher assistants, Administrators
- Graphics selected and attached to textual publications by: Teachers, Teacher assistants, Administrators
The nature of above mentioned text entries and graphics shall be determined by your school and is not specifically monitored by School Moments, Inc.
Subscribers may submit additional information for purposes of making a payment to the school. Confidential payment information (Credit Card information) is not stored in the School Moments database.
Information submitted to the School Moments database will be used to produce a student publication, which will be shared with subscribers. Subscribers will receive any information contained in a student publication. A student's school will also have access to this information. School Moments does not reveal information about students, parents, teachers or subscribers to any other third parties, except as provided in the next paragraph.
School Moments will disclose personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on School Moments on the Website; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of School Moments, or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of School Moments.com or the public.
